1. Log into Billing/Domain Management account:
Login using registered email address and password.
2. Once logged in, click on “Services” > “My Services”
3. Click on “View Details” associated with your Shared Account for which you want to change
4. Click on “Change Password” tab.
5. Enter new password under “New Password” and “Confirm New Password” fields and click
Note: To get the changes reflected, you need to log out of “Billing/Domain Management account” and also from cPanel (if already logged in).
