It provides full functionality you expect from an e-mail client, including MIME support, address book, folder manipulation and message filters. RoundCube Webmail is written in PHP and requires the MySQL database. The user interface is fully skinnable using XHTML and CSS 2.”

We have launched a new live chat tool with enhanced features which has eliminated many drawbacks of the previous chat tool and our new chat tool is  working smoothly since the last 9 months.

Control Panels Upgraded:

Our Control Panels have been upgraded and now most of the bugs has been fixed. It was one of the major update which we have done this year.

Launched Unlimited Hosting (Starter Plan)

By launching the Starter Plan we have reduced the burden of our customers by offering them all features of unlimited hosting at very affordable price. This plan holds all the features of no limit hosting plan and it is suited for webmasters with only one site.

Launched Application Hosting:

Upon request by many customers, we have launched Application Hosting. Now you can host your WordPress, Joomla, Drupal and Magento Websites at just one click. Our servers are optimized to meet all the requirements of Application Hosting.

Ticketing Support Sytem Upgraded:

We have upgraded our ticketing system and our new ticketing system has advanced features. We are glad to reveal that we have improved our ticketing system with lot of enhanced functionalities. It took a lot of time for us to upgrade our ticketing support system to this new version, the up gradation went great. This is a key upgrade action we have completed to enable all the supports in one place, it means that Livechat, Ticketing, Knowledge base articles and all type of downloads is going to be at one place.

This upgradation is to make our support quality better and effective, we are about to add a lot of documentations and knowledgebase in to this new system, so you can get all possible help at just one place.

In this ticketing system upgradation if you face any problems, like losing tickets or didn’t get replies on new tickets, we are requesting you to please raise your tickets once again. Also if you are unable to login to the new ticketing system, simply click on the “Forgot Password” option and you reset the password again.
