This is a key upgrade action we have completed to enable all the supports in one place, it means that Livechat, Ticketing, Knowledge base articles and all type of downloads is going to be at one place.

This upgradation is to make our support quality better and effective, we are about to add a lot of documentations and knowledgebase in to this new system, so you can get all possible help at just one place.

In this ticketing system upgradation if you face any problems, like losing tickets or didn’t get replies on new tickets, we are requesting you to please raise your tickets once again. Also if you are unable to login to the new ticketing system, simply click on the “Forgot Password” option and you reset the password again.
