Each mail account is limited to 10Mb of disk space.
Account is limited to 50Gb of monthly traffic which includes uploads, browsing, incoming and outgoing mail..
Mail accounts are scanned for mail older than 60 days. All mail older than 60 days is automatically removed from the server.
All valid mail accounts have access to our SMTP server. SMTP services are secured using password authentication and you individual mail client must be configured to authenticate.
SMTP services are only available if your ISP permits relaying. There are times when your local ISP will block relaying. This policy is common among dialup providers. Major providers such as Earthlink and Microsoft (MSN) block SMTP relaying. Lighthouse Hosting is not responsible for your ISP blocking access to outside SMTP servers. If you are using an ISP that blocks relaying you should configure your mail accounts to use your ISPs SMTP servers. Contact your ISP if you need assistance configuring your SMTP server.
