The Hosting Zone is a privately owned and operated web hosting provider servicing small and medium sized businesses in North America. The group that originally formed The Hosting Zone came together in February 1997 as NSDC, LLC. ( network solutions, Design and Consulting). Our initial focus was in IT consulting, web development and ecommerce design for area businesses. In 2001 we seperated our web hosting services and formed "The Hosting Zone" and began marketing our new brand as a seperate business entity. In September 2005 one of the original partners in the business took over all operations and converted it into a family owned and operated small business with a primary focus on local small businesses and sole proprietors here in south Louisiana, allowing us to provide very personal support with the added value of being local to our client. We understand that there is no shortage of web hosting providers to choose from these days. We do not hide the fact that we are not the cheapest provider, nor do we offer "unlimited" bandwidth and disk space. Instead we try to keep a balance between reasonable price and reasonable resources. We take pride in being a small business with no red tape or outsourced help desk support. We believe our commitment to our customers is what distinguishes us from our competitors. Being a small family run business where each employee is also part owner drives us to create a personal relationship with all of our clients.
